Gas and Air Purification
Waste incineration flue gas
Dioxins and mercury need to be removed from the flue gases generated by incineration processes to protect the environment.
NORIT® and DARCO® powdered activated carbons are optimized by extensive experience for both physically adsorbing dioxins and oxidizing mercury by chemically treated carbons. Special grades for use before various dust filters and more complex process conditions are available. All grades are supported with safety characteristics according to standard procedures.
We supply NORIT and DARCO activated carbons both to incineration plants and to plants compounding our activated carbon with e.g. lime.
New projects will benefit from our experienced and highly effective technical application support. With our practical advice, we help you bring your project to a swift success!
